Hiding your message behind another file : Steganography

Today I’m gonna show you how to hide your message behind another file (image).

The technique of hiding your message behind another file or data is known as Steganography.

This Tutorial is only for educational purpose so that you can know what Steganography is. I’m not responsible for any harm.


Lets Start :

1- Create a folder in your windows and copy your image file, a text file and a pdf file. I have made it in C:\ Drive as TEST.

2- Run CMD as Administrator.

3- Now, Redirect in cmd redirect to the folder you created.

4- Now, in CMD enter this command

copy/b + <image_name> + <textfile_name>

It will bind your text file with your image file.

5- To see your message open your image file with notepad++ / notepad.

6- Now, scroll all down to end and there you will find your message.

7- Now, to bind your pdf file you have to compress it into rar or zip.

8- Now again in CMD type

copy/b + <image_name> + <pdf_name.rar>

It will bind your pdf file with your image file.

9- To see your pdf file open your image file with winrar.
